Payments
If you received an Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint, eligible cases for online payment will appear within 48hrs. If your case does not appear please contact the court for assistance, 928-772-8277.
Paying Civil Violations on Your Ticket Online
- Visit the Arizona Court Pay website and enter your complaint number in the citation field.
Attention: If you have been cited for A.R.S. § 28-645A3A (red light violation), or if you are under age 18 (1st violation) and are cited for any moving violation, and are found responsible, or plead responsible, you will be required to attend Traffic Survival School (TSS) by the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) pursuant to law. If you are eligible for Defensive Driving School (DDS) and complete a class, the violation will be dismissed and you will not be subject to the requirement to attend TSS.
Please Note: If you are required to pay fines, penalties, fees or other financial obligations as a result of a judgement of this court and you are unable to pay, bring this information to the attention of court staff or the judge because payments over time or other alternatives may be available. Do not ignore your responsibility to pay, as this may result in additional penalties and costs to you. For more information, contact the court or an attorney.

- By mail: 7501 E Skoog Blvd, 1st Floor, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314; Make check/MO payable to: Prescott Valley Court. Please include your case number in the reference/memo field on your check or money order (do not send cash).

Delinquent Accounts
Must be paid by Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order – NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Cash/Coin
- No rolled coins accepted
- Limit of $5.00 accepted in loose coin
- We cannot make change for a $100.00 bill unless your payment is $60.00 or more.

Bank Issued Checks
- Checks are accepted as payment on CURRENT accounts.
- Checks are made payable to the “Prescott Valley Court”
- Reference your case number or citation number
- Checks are not accepted for delinquent cases without the approval of the Court.
Returned Checks
- Please note that a $25.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check.
- No further personal checks will be accepted on an NSF account without the approval of the Court.
Money Order/ Cashier’s Check

- Bring your barcode to a participating 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar or Ace Cash Express to make a payment.
Receipts will be issued for every payment made in person to the court. Keep your receipts as proof of payment.
