Dec 8, 2023: Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy Graduates Four New PVPD Officers

Four Prescott Valley Police Officers standing in a line at attentionFour new police officers graduated from the Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy Class 55 on Thursday morning, December 7. Benjamin Bruner, Christian Carter, Aaron Cote, and Jennifer  Glover joined 23 other recruits from 12 Arizona law enforcement agencies for the graduation ceremonies.

Officer Bruner sang the National Anthem at the event, and PVPD Chief Bob Ticer gave the class address. Officer Cote earned the Class Academic Achievement Award. 

Before patrolling solo, the officers will now enter the field training program at PVPD. 

The NARTA Academy, founded in Prescott Valley in 1996, is a regional training center serving city, county, tribal, and state law enforcement agencies throughout Arizona. In partnership with Yavapai College, the training center is housed at the Yavapai College Prescott Campus in Prescott, Arizona.
