What is your refund policy for cancellations?
All cancellations must be made to the Department of Parks and Recreation. A full refund of all fees and charges paid shall be initiated by the Town of Prescott Valley, provided that the event is cancelled no later than five (5) business days prior to the reserved date (unless otherwise expressly authorized therein). All refunds will be paid out by check and mailed. If the event is cancelled less than 5 business days prior to the reserved date, all fees and charges will be forfeited.
